Event Space Rental Packages

An intimate and enchanting venue, where your fairytale becomes a reality! We offer convenient and affordable packages to fit your budget, vision, and guest count. 

We are a unique, customizable, BYO venue.  

On-site catering suggestions are available including food trucks or BBQ pit-style catering. 

Can't decide which picturesque area you love most? You don't have to! Each event has access to our entire venue to create a one-of-a-kind experience and capture your most intimate moments. We only host one event at a time giving you and your guests our full attention. 

Our space is DIY for the enthusiastic crafty creator. Not your vibe, not enough time? We've got you covered, hire our design team to create an unforgettable space. An outdoor speaker will also be provided, at no additional cost, so you can just bring your playlist and connect if you're not hiring entertainment.

We work with a variety of amazingly talented local small businesses, like ourselves. We suggest that you consider the vendors on our preferred list to enhance our space further to fit your vision, but ultimately the space is customizable however you would like!  Stress-free coordination when you rent from our preferred vendors. We take care of the planning.

Our only mandated vendor is our mobile bartending service, if you want to serve alcohol. They're amazing to work with, customizable and affordable.

Wedding -  Ceremony Only - $600.00 

Your choice of location: The Enchanted Forest, The Secret Garden, or The Waterfront.

• (1) hour for the ceremony, vow exchange, and photos 
• Licensed Officiant included (if needed) 
• Guest ceremony seating included 
• Host DIY decor (1 hour before the ceremony)
• Speaker for choice of music
• Rehearsal can be scheduled for your wedding party before the event date.
• Bridal Area set-up. Please have hair and make-up done before arrival. You may change into your dress at this time.
• Day of Coordinator
• A wedding license certificate must be filed before the day of the ceremony. 

Wedding -  ceremony and micro-reception - $900.00

Your choice of location: The Enchanted Forest, The Secret Garden, The Waterfront.

• (1) hour for the ceremony, vow exchange, and photos 
• (1) hour for Micro Reception in the Secret Garden: (garden dining seating, sweetheart table) your choice of additions, provided by host: suggested *cake cutting, first dance, toast, cocktail hour.

• Speaker for choice of music

Intimate Elopement (2 Guests)  - $150.00

• 30 minutes for the ceremony and vow exchange (no photographer, ceremony photos only)

• Immediate availability upon request.

Elopement package (up to 10 guests) $300.00
