Event Space Rental Packages

An intimate and enchanting venue, where your fairytale becomes a reality! We offer convenient and affordable packages to fit your budget, vision, and guest count.

Worried about the flow of the day? Your day-of wedding team has that covered. Included are parking attendant, golf cart and driver, officiant (if needed), ceremony manager, day-of coordinator for vendors and guests, and reception coordinator to keep your event running smoothly! From your arrival onsite through your “i-do's", grand entrance, and final dance our team will take care of every detail. Our packages are full service to eliminate the stress of your big day. 

Additional in-house “Party-helper” reception staff is suggested, if needed, to keep the cocktail and reception clean and welcoming! Top-notch guest services include serving, bussing tables, transitioning spaces, trash removal, and anything else to exceed you and your guests’ expectations here in the woods. 

We are a unique, customizable, BYO venue. On-site catering suggestions are available on our website’s preferred vendor list. You'll find catering options including food trucks or BBQ pit-style catering. 

Can't decide which picturesque area you love most? You don't have to! Each event has access to our entire venue to create a one-of-a-kind experience and capture your most intimate moments. We only host one event at a time giving you and your guests our full attention. 

Our space is DIY for the enthusiastic crafty creator. Not your vibe, not enough time? We've got you covered, hire our design team to create an unforgettable space. An outdoor speaker is available for your ceremony. Looking to get your party started? Check out our recommended in-house DJ list specializing in outdoor entertainment! 

We work with a variety of amazingly talented local small businesses, like ourselves. We suggest that you consider ALL of the vendors on our website’s preferred list to enhance your experience to fit your vision. But ultimately the space is customizable however you would like! There you will find suggestions for entertainment, add-on rentals, and additional on-site services. We offer stress-free coordination when you rent from our preferred rental vendors. We take care of the planning. Limited electricity and running water. Plan catering and entertainment accordingly. *Generators are suggested

Baker’s Mobile Bar is the only mandated vendor. If you are planning to provide or consume alcohol onsite you will be required to “Book the Bakers”

*Wedding - Ceremony Only - $700.00

• Bride and groom areas to get ready onsite (minimum 1 hour before the ceremony; length of time determined by availability)
• Rehearsal can be scheduled for your wedding party before the event date
• A wedding license certificate must be filed before the day of the ceremony.
